Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for purchases made through www.pmpxl.com, owned and operated by American Institute of Management Certifications, LLC (AIMC USA). By enrolling in any PMPXL program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. General Policy

All sales for digital courses, training programs, mock exams, and related online services are considered final. Because participants gain immediate access to proprietary course content, videos, question banks, and downloadable materials, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances: (a) Duplicate payment made in error; (b) Technical issues preventing access to the course, where the issue is confirmed to be on our platform and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe; (c) Accidental purchase where course access has not yet been activated; (d) Any other situation deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of AIMC USA. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable: (a) Courses after access has been granted; (b) Mock exams, simulators, and digital content; (c) Pass Surety or bundled packages once activated; (d) Fees paid to third-party platforms (e.g., PMI exam fees, payment processor charges); (e) Any portion of the program consumed, downloaded, or accessed by the participant.

4. Pass Surety Packages

Pass Surety is a time-bound and performance-based guarantee. Because participants receive access to premium resources, mock exams, and analytics, the Pass Surety portion of any package is non-refundable, regardless of usage. Participants must meet all conditions stated on the program page to qualify for the exam retake fee coverage. Failure to meet eligibility requirements does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Cancellation Requests

Requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to [email protected]. A cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. If access to course content has already been granted, no refund will be issued.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed with banks or payment processors may result in immediate suspension of program access. We reserve the right to challenge and respond to fraudulent or invalid disputes. Participants remain responsible for any outstanding balances.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. Processing fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may be deducted from the refund amount unless the refund is due to an AIMC error.

8. Changes to Refund Policy

AIMC USA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use of www.pmpxl.com after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
