These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.pmpxl.com and participation in the PMP Xcelerator Masterclass (“Program”), owned and operated by American Institute of Management Certifications, LLC (AIMC USA). By accessing the website or enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. Use of the Website
You may use www.pmpxl.com only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt its functionality or security.
2. Eligibility
To enroll in any Program offered through PMPXL, you must be at least 18 years old, agree to these Terms, and provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from compromised accounts.
4. Program Enrollment & Access
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you receive access to training materials, mock exams, videos, and associated resources for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, or publication of course materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on www.pmpxl.com —including videos, questions, mock exams, graphics, branding, and training materials—is the exclusive property of AIMC USA and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Payments & Billing
All payments for Program enrollment are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All fees are displayed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Pass Surety Guarantee
Participants enrolled in the Pass Surety package may qualify for a free PMP exam retake fee reimbursement, subject to conditions provided on the Program page. The guarantee is valid for one year after training completion. Participants must score 80% on a mock exam to qualify. AIMC USA reserves the right to verify exam results and eligibility before issuing reimbursement.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website or Program resources for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including sharing copyrighted materials, assisting others in violating exam policies, or engaging in academic dishonesty. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our website may integrate services from third-party providers or link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or actions. Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
All training materials provided through PMPXL aim to support exam preparation but do not guarantee certification. Results depend on individual effort, learning pace, and exam performance. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMC USA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, training programs, or reliance on its content. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for Program enrollment.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIMC USA, its employees, instructors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the effective version. Continued use of the website or Program after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
